it turns out that Huawei has been doing it with its own people.

In order to consolidate their status as the "boss" of science and technology, certain international companies have achieved a "freak and madness" in recent years. Therefore, Huawei suffered a major blow. Not long ago, Huawei released its fiscal revenue report for the first half of 2021. In the first half of 2021, Huawei’s total revenue was 320.4 billion yuan, a year-on-year decline of 29.4%. A decline of 29.4%, this is Huawei's largest year of revenue decline in recent years. In the final analysis, the main reason for the decline in Huawei's revenue is the "shortage of cores." Behind all this, after sorting out, it was discovered that many of the "chip" companies that stuck with Huawei have a close relationship with the Chinese. According to statistics, eight of the founders, CEOs or direct senior managers of the top ten chip design vendors in the world are Chinese, and only the number one Qualcomm and the tenth place Dérager are not Chinese. Among them, well-known companies such as Broadcom, Nvidia, MediaTek, and AMD are all at the helm of the Chinese. Of course, in addition to chip design, 6 of the top ten material scientists in the world are also Chinese, and 5 of them graduated from major universities of science and technology in China. After reading this, I realized that Huawei had been doing it with "its own people" after so many years of pinching each other.

Why does this happen?

The root cause is the brain drain in China. According to incomplete statistics, from 1978 to 2015, Silicon Valley in the United States absorbed nearly 20,000 Tsinghua graduates, and this was only in Silicon Valley. In contrast to Huawei, in 2020, Tsinghua will have nearly 187 people entering Huawei. It is a pity that there are too few companies like Huawei in the country, which has caused a large number of talents to continue to flow out. I hope that more companies can absorb these talents in the future so that we will not see the scene of "cannibalism" again.
